VAYUVEDIC™

THE AYURVEDIC Breathwork for stress relief

Rooted in the tradition of Ayurvedic pranayama, Vayuvedic™ is a somatic breathwork experience crafted for those seeking calm amidst modern-day stress.

ONE BREATHWORK,THREE MOVEMENTS, A CLOSING RITUAL

Each 45 min breathwork session moves through three movements in our own Vayuvedic™ sequence: Ushna, a warm herbal-steeped compress to ease the body into stillness; Prana, a guided breath sequence inspired by Bhramari and Nadi Shodhana to settle the nervous system; and Nidra, deep rest to let the body fully exhale. The session closes with Trupti, a warm soothing tea ritual to carry the calm forward.

01 - Ushna

A warm, herbal-steeped compress eases the body into stillness. The heat softens tension before the breathwork begins, signaling to the nervous system that it's safe to slow down.

02 - Prana

A guided breath sequence inspired by Bhramari and Nadi Shodhana settles the nervous system. Each pattern is chosen to shift the body from alert to regulated, one breath at a time.

03 - Nidra

Deep rest, inspired by Yoga Nidra, lets the body fully exhale. This is where integration happens, the nervous system absorbing what the breath and warmth just made possible.

04 - Trupti

A warm, soothing tea closes the session, carrying the calm of Nidra forward. A small ritual to mark the transition back into the day.

for people carrying chronic stress

DELIVERED BY A HUMAN, NOT BY APP

Vayuvedic™ breathwork is for people whose stress doesn't switch off after a weekend, the ones running on alert even when nothing is technically wrong. It was built by a licensed esthetician and certified gut health and breathwork practitioner, trained in Ayurvedic nutrition, pranayama, and nervous system regulation, who chose to deliver this in person rather than through an app. One session moves the body from alert to settled, a state most people only get to feel by accident.

A CALMER BODY, A QUIETER MIND

Vayuvedic™ works with the nervous system directly, so the change shows up in how you feel, not just what you think about. Even after just one session of breathwork you will notice:

  • Falling asleep easier the night of a session

  • Shoulders and jaw releasing tension you didn't notice you were holding

  • A longer pause between a trigger and your reaction

  • Breathing that feels less shallow, even hours later

  • A sense of having "landed" back in your body

TRAINED IN SCIENCE, GROUNDED IN PRACTICE

Salmeen holds a BSc in Chemistry and an MSc in Nanotechnology, alongside licensed esthetician credentials and certifications in gut health, Ayurvedic nutrition, and pranayama breathwork. Vayuvedic™ exists because she believes nervous system care shouldn't be abstract. It should be felt, in the room, guided by someone who has studied both the science and the practice.

WHY Vayuvedic™ ACTUALLY WORKS ON THE NERVOUS SYSTEM

The autonomic nervous system runs on two branches, sympathetic (fight-or-flight) and parasympathetic (rest-and-digest), and chronic stress keeps the sympathetic branch dominant even when no real threat is present. Vayuvedic™ uses three steps to shift that balance. Warmth (Ushna) relaxes tense muscles and calms the body's stress response. Slow, extended breathing (Prana) activates the vagus nerve, the nerve most responsible for switching the body into rest mode. Stillness (Nidra) gives the body time to settle into that calmer state before it can slip back to feeling stressed. Each step prepares the body for the next, which is why a full session creates a deeper shift than a single breathing exercise on its own.

the philosophy

"Calm is the body’s native tongue. Stress interrupts it; the breath restores."
